1. You are not required to get more than one estimate.
2. You may have the shop of your choice make the repairs. You are not required to use a shop selected by a claims adjuster. However, you are required by your policy to allow your insurance company a reasonable amount of time to inspect the damages prior to repairing them.
3. Only you, the vehicle owner, can authorize repairs on your vehicle.
4. Repair estimates will vary. Don’t be confused, we will make sure your vehicle is repaired to pre-accident condition.
5. If any hidden damage is discovered we will address this with your adjuster and request a supplement.
6. You have a say in what parts are being installed. We make every effort to install factory replacement parts but many aftermarket parts are available as well.
7. Our shop stands ready to assist you in any of these matters. We will work closely with you to minimize your inconvenience and maximize your satisfaction. This is our pledge to you.

Before Dropping Off Your Vehicle or Having it Towed:

1. Take all keys except vehicle keys
2. Remove cell phone, adapters, ipods, etc.
3. Take toll device and garage door openers
4. Relax, your vehicle is in good hands

Other Damage/Upgrades:

1. If your vehicle had a scrape, ding or dent that was NOT accident related, ask us for a quote to repair the damage during the time your vehicle is in our care
2. If you are interested in body kits, spoilers or other “aftermarket” or “manufacturer” offered upgrades, this may be the time to do it! Ask for a quote to perform these upgrades during the time your vehicle is in our care.
